Katherine Chalmers
Chief Acceleration Officer
Katherine Chalmers is a high-tech marketing professional with more than thirteen years of experience in all major aspects of marketing. She has a proven ability to establish systems and execute strategies in unstructured startup environments and within tight budget constraints and has successfully solved marketing-related issues faced by both public and pre-IPO companies.
Prior to founding High Velocity Marketing, Inc., Katherine built the global Web marketing program at Categoric Software, creating an integrated marketing tool supporting company-wide branding and marketing initiatives. As Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Survey.com in Silicon Valley, she built the company's pre-funding marketing organization and managed major corporate branding initiatives. In addition, Katherine managed marketing for DSP Communications, a NASDAQ-traded maker of base band processors for wireless handsets before its acquisition by Intel and began her high-tech career at BellSouth Cellular. She earned an MBA from Emory University, a BA from the University of Georgia, and studied at the Institue des Etudies Politiques in Paris, France.
Larry Mullen
Sales Consultant
Larry has eleven years of professional sales and sales management experience within the Financial Services vertical. After spending almost five years in sales with Advanta National Bank, and breaking several long standing sales records, he extended his career to investment software by joining SunGard Data Systems where, again, he successfully, broke sales records and implemented sales programs targeted banks and investment managers of all sizes. His sales efforts escalated to include some 15 of the country's 30 largest banks and more than 50 of the country's largest investment managers. Since leaving SunGard he has been involved in multiple consulting assignments for various software applications targeted at Financial Services, Insurance, Government and Corporate Accounts. Throughout his career he has consistently won sales awards and exceeded sales quotas. Larry earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
